Wow I haven't placed a posting for a while.
The world seems to be a very busy place, with lots of things happening at the moment. Do you feel like you are spinning out of control, and there is a differnet energy around you.
I think we are having to step back and have a really good look at our lives. We are all in to much of a hurry and something has to give. We aren't looking after ourselves and it's starting to show.
Why not plant a veggie garden and see haw great it is to be able to eat something you have looked after. Go through all the products that are in you home and see how many harmful chemicals are lurking in you home ready to make you ill.
Go out side and breath in the beautiful sun rays and the fresh air. We have all really disconnected from Mother Earth.
Lets connect and start caring about becoming more fresh natural and chemical free.

2 seconds that's all. It is absorbed into your skin and travels through your blood stream to be stored in your kidney's and liver. Scary isn't it, so become aware of the chemicals in the porsucts you are placing on your skin.
